Bullet For My Valentine

BMFV adalah band beraliran metal Bridgend yang dibentuk pada tahun 1998. Band ini beranggotakan Matthew Tuck (vokal, gitar), Michael Paget (lead guitar, backing vokal), Jason James (bass gitar, backing vokal), dan Michael Thomas (drum). Mereka memulai karir musik dengan mengcovering lagu-lagu Metallica dan Nirvana. Pada tahun 2002, band ini dijamin kontrak lima album oleh Sony BMG. Band ini dipengaruhi oleh klasik band metal berat seperti Metallica, Iron Maiden, dan Slayer.

 

Album pertama "Poison", dirilis pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2005 di Inggris dan pada 14 Februari 2006 di Amerika Serikat yang bertepatan dengan hari Valentine maka sesuai dengan nama band mereka. Album memasuki Billboard 200 di Amerika Serikat di nomor 128. Album kedua Bullet for My Valentine yaitu, "Scream Aim Fire", dirilis pada tanggal 29 Januari 2008 dan berada di chart nomor empat di Billboard 200. Album ketiga band ini, "Fever", dirilis pada tanggal 26 April 2010 dan berada di nomor tiga di Billboard 200. Band ini telah menjual lebih dari satu juta album di Amerika Serikat dan hampir 2.500.000 album di seluruh dunia.
